Time varying magneric field produces electric field, right? And electric force causes charges to move...and moving charges experience magnetic force.....I don't know if i'm right..

i think right ans is A,C beacuse if charge in rest there is no magnetic field expericed so there is no magnetic force so ans is A&c.

The answer would b 'd' in case v consider it at rest in uniform magfield,bt for n0n uniform magfield,th explanatn seems c0rrect and ans shud b 'b,c'..
