FOR FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS…………. KuMARan is a DoCtOR who always EATS. K=Vit. K = Menadione(M) . u all know its required for clotting of blood and so anti-haemorrhagic vitamin. A= Vit. A = Retinol(R). Now it is for vision. D = Vit. D = Calciferol(C). It causes Osteomalacia(O) in adults as Rickets(R) in children. E= Vit. E = Antisterility(A)/beauty vitamin = Tocopherol(T) U can modify it in ur way. Plz notify here if u have any modification.CHEERS………….

hi guyz... i have come up with yet another mnemonic... i guess u must have tried to mug up the horse's evolutionary line... which sits there for a month in ur brain and then dissappears... so, here is a mnemonic.... OMi Mia ka Prime Minister Platform Goda( or horse or equus instead of Goda ) which stands for Orohippus Mesohippus Miohippus Parahippus Merychippus (calllipus) Plieohippus Equus dont forget to add hyracothecium at the start..

these are also a part of our notes.... i know many ppl dont like this.. why.. even i dont like this kind of studying....making mnemonics.. i feel its wrong to study like this... behind everything, there is concept.... but, i think this is a good way 4 making our lives easier...

The zoology mnemonic is used to memorise the scientific classification applied in zoology. The most common mnemonic is king penguins congregate on frozen ground sometimes. The first letter of each word of the mnemonic corresponding in order to the first letter of the descending order of scientific classification.

yahoo.........i also know one there are 3 ear ossicles which are modifications of different bones 1- M.A.- master of arts or malleus is d modification of articular bone 2- I.Q.- incus is d modification of quadrate bone 3- SHM- stapes is d modification of hyomandibular bone...

hey, here is a tuff one.. for clotting factors present in blood in order... very very useful though.. and the mnemonic is... Four Policemen Taking CLUeS ASPHaLt .. plzz remember to insert a C b/w A and S in asphalt.... blood's 13 clotting factors in order ...these are actually denoted by the roman numerals...Factor I , Factor II etc.. upto factor XIII ... Fibrinogen Prothrombin Thromboplastin Ca++ Labile factor / proaccelerin Unidentified stable factor/ Serum prothrombin convergen factor/ proconvertin Anti haemophilic factor-A (AHF-A) Chrismas factor / (AHF-B)/ Plasma thromboplastin component Stuart factor Plasma thromboplastin antecedent (PTA) or AHF-C hageman factor / glass factor / contact factor Laki-Lorand factor / fibrinase / Fibrin stabilising factor.. its most difficult thing to memorise in AIPMT syllabus according to me...

ok.....nw derez another one ......to remember the parts of FLAGELLUM in bacteria......... MNEMONICS PARTSMeri - M ring Student - S ring Rini - Rod Pal - P ring Ladki - L ring Hai - Hook Filmi - Filament ...........as all these pairs of rings are present in GRAM NEGATIVE BACTERIA only, therefore one can also add the word NAHI after the word filmi and N of NAHI will denote -ve bacteria possess these structures itz useful and easy 2 remember...........so do rate it

milch breeds of cow : Gir, sahiwal, red sindhi, deoni d mnemonic : sahi ghar red deo... drought breeds: malvi, nageri, halliker, kangayam d mnemonic: malvi nagar hall kaha gaya??? general utility breeds: haryana, kankrej, tharparkar, ongele d mnemonic: haryana k tharparkar ki ungli. buffaloes now.. nili ravi k pass jaffrabad, surat aur nagpur me bada war hua... the breeds: nili ravi , jafrabadi, surti, nagpuri, mehsana, bhadawari. the most important buffalo breed is murrah which i cudnt accomodate in my mnemonic. goats now.. the breeds: malabari, bengal , jamunapuri, kashmiri pashmina, marwari, gaddi, berari, beetal malabar, bengal, yamuna(jamuna) aur kashmir meri gaadi ferari me gaya..... why leave horses... the breeds: manipuri, bhutia, kathiawari, zanskari, spiti the mnemonic: manipur ka bhutia ghatia sanskar se spit karta hai... that's it... but i dont think the horses, goats and all are that important...
