sir i want to ask u tht the students who will not get suceeded this year in iit jee , wht will they do if this system will be applied by kapil sibbal and what those students do who hv joined coaching for jee?

In the case if you are not going to be selected in IIT JEE 2012 .You will have to sit for the aptitude test in 2013.Then a merit list will be prapared based on 12th board exam and the Aptitude (non subject) test ....through this merit list all engineering and medical seats will be filled ......

If this system will be implemented then what will be the importance of class 11? And what will happen to those students who will not select in iit 2012 and are going to appear in iit 2013?My request is only this that plz.. Don't apply it from 2013it should be applied from 2014plz...

yes i am very much agreed to what john said because if this system is applied then there will be no use of 11 as students will only mug up their 12 class course for boards and prepare them for aptitude test by joining coachings .this system will not reduce the importance of coachings as only coachings have to change their pattern and students would not be able to stop them for joining it as they want an edge over other students to get high ranks. so i don't think this system should be applied.

Hi Sushant..!!! It seems that you are really worried about your IIT JEE exam. But why this pessimism? What Mr. Sibal said has earned loads of negative remarks, but then dont you think it will in a way encourage you to put in your best for the preparation? Surpass your own limitations, challenge yourself and achieve your dream for admission in best IIT institute Why discuss whether you should sit in for 2013 exam? why not YES I WILL DO IT this year itself? Here's the catch, for many of you 12th boards was just a formality, but now the perception will change for sure. This clause is yet to be decided, but for many students who take this board casually, its time for you to buckle up your shoes. I am not a staunch supporter of Mr. Sibal, but yes just viewing it from a positive frame.. It will surely be interesting to know what other aspirants have to say...

As per the new Pattern IIT JEE would be Totally based on the Aptitude based test Which includes Questions Based on Reasoning, All Subjects Studied at their Schooling Level and also Questions Related to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects for More Details you can Check : New pattern of IIT JEE Entrance Examination

I cant crack IIT in 5 months. It had become a permanant dream for me. I request sibbal sir to apply this rule from 2014.
