Career in Homeopathy
is considered as the challenging, stimulating and rewarding career because it gives an opportunity to significantly improve the health of the patient.  For starting a career in this field, an individual should have a professional degree. National Institute of Homeopathy – an autonomous organization – runs degree courses like BHMS at its institute. Entry in this course is through admission test conducted by National Institute of Homeopathy in the month of June/July.  This year, institute is going to organize entrance exam on 26 June 2011.


Selection Procedure

The admission test for National Institute of Homeopathy (BHMS) will comprise of 200 Multiple choice questions on the subjects – Physics (60 questions), Biology (60 questions), Chemistry (60 questions) and General knowledge (20 questions). For every wrong answer, there will be negative marking too. The entrance exam will be conducted at 7 examination centers – New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram and Bhopal.



Last Minute Tips

If an aspirant wants to get admission in BHMS course, he should be more systematic as well as empirical. He should have good command over the subjects. Besides, he should also have passion about the subjects. Note down all the lecture notes and revise those 2-3 days before the entrance exam. Sleeping is also necessary to feel relaxed. Every aspirant should have 7-8 hours rest. So have a sound sleep just one day before the night of the entrance.  As well, mugging in books just before the exam started can drop the confidence level of the aspirant. Also, reach at the examination centre at least before 15 minutes for avoiding any type of problem. Besides, when you get your question paper, you should read all the instructions very carefully.
