F(x) = dU/dx , where F is force , U is the potential energy and x is the variable

Work is also termed as energy !

Work done = F.dx
Energy = F.dx

And if suppose u are in motion ...then your potential enrgy will decrease and kinetic energy will increase...!

Hence Energy = -dU ( Potential Energy)

So - dU = F.dx

Hence F = -dU/dx  ( - term is important ...)

Impossible becomes possible only if u r awesome :)
