Impulse is given as the force acting for a small duration of time ...!

Like when your head collides with the wall then ( just consider for how much time your head and wall are in contact ...hardly in 0.05 sec )

So even for this duration u will feel a heavy force on your head...This force is Impulse ...
Impossible becomes possible only if u r awesome :)
