Monocytes are largest leucocytes with 12-20 um in size, which is phagocytic represnt 3-8% of total blood and contains a bean shaped kidney shaped nucleus.

Monocutes have kidney shaped nucleus,eosinophill has spectcle shaped nucleus,lymphocyte have rounded covering nearly the whole cytoplasm,while neutrophills have multilobular nucleus..
