why is NIT delhi & goa not showing up at CCB councillng?

I got 19k(overall) and 15k(general category) rank in aieee.

I am very much interrested in computers.

what should I take, cse in IIIT jabalpur or IT is some medium NIT?

whats the difference between CSE and IT branches?

its given on CCB's website.there are NITs in delhi and goa.they are starting this year.
