Prospectus and Application Forms are available in the Accounts Department, CMC, Ludhiana on cash payment of Rs.100/- till 15th February, 2012 or by sending a letter with complete address along with a demand draft for Rs.1200/- drawn in favour of “Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society”, payable at Ludhiana to Registrar, Christian Medical College Ludhiana – 141008, before 1st February, 2012.

The application form can also be downloaded from the website http://www.cmcludhiana.org/ or http://www.cmcludhiana.in and submitted online with requisite fees.
