 but considering size,bromine is a better leaving group than fluorine.also bromine ion is more stable than fluorine ion(as hbr is more acidic than hf) ch3-br should dissociate the most

Ka would be higher for CH3Br- as F is a weaker leaving group in comparison to Br.

ch3br since flourine being most eletronegative cant exist freely hence it will not leave the alkyl froup as readily as bromine
