Obviously due to much larger Hydrogen in ethanol than in diethyl ether.

ethanol has high boiling point than diethyl ether beacuse of much stronger hydrogen bonding in ethanol as compared to diethyl ether

THIS IS DUE TO INTERMOLECULAR HYDROGEN BONDING IN ETHANOL AS THERE NO SUCH INTERMOLECULAR STRONG BONDING IN  DI ETHYL ETHER
