Both have same hybridization SP3In ph3 three sigma bond and 1 lone pair form sp3 and in h2s two lone pair and two sigma bond form sp3IF u satisfy rate my answer

For PH3 Hybridization is not defined- refer to drago's rule for more explaination.

H2S- its hybridization is SP3
