The myogenic heart reffers to the contractile part of it whereas the neurogenic heart is the highly specialized muscle cells that no longer contract but instead conduct impulses in the heart...............................I think, heart of a cockroach is myogenic. It can stop anytime. That's why even when the heart stops doesn't mean cockroach is dying.
