if mother is A+ve and father is O+ve then is there any chance that the child will be AB+ve?in today's paper it is written dat its possible..but how?explain
i dnt thnk dats possible... evn if mothers heterozygous, she wil b Ai, n father is ii, so possible combinatns r Ai,ii,..... 4 AB u need 2 hv a B allele.
Mother can be heterozygous i.e AO or can be homozygous i.e. AA.Father can only be OO. so, there is possibility of only A and O blood group in child. there can't be the possibility of AB blood group in child.
