spleen is located in the abdominal region.. opposite liver......
if u see face on diagram of the body...
it is on right side of u....
size doesnt matter, brains do...

OUr abodomen is divided into 9 areas to locate various organs.. these 9 areas are:Rt and Lt hypochondriac, epigastric, Rt and Lt lumber, umbilical, Rt and Lt illiac, hypogastrium.. OUr spleen is located in Left hypochondriac reigon..which is  behind the stomach, below the diaphagram..
