it takes time to complete pre-erythrocytic shizogony...this explains the time lag......only after pre-erythorocytic shizogony(in hepatocytes) can the Plasmodium enter the erythrocytic shizogony ( RBC destruction mode), which causes malarial symptoms..

coz its to  be converted to merozoites.....after schizogony.................then release haemozoin.

 

it takes a lot of time for all these to

happen.

bcoz it takes time to convert and divide the sporozoite stage of plasmodium in Anopheles into infectious stage called Sporozoite


Not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted....!
