BHU PMT Exam Pattern

BHU PMT Screening

The PMT screening will have a single question paper containing 200 objective type questions, each carrying 2 marks. There will be 50 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology with a maximum of 100 marks for each subject. Marks will be deducted for incorrect answers. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

BHU PMT Main

The PMT Main also will have one question paper with 200 objective type questions from  Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The question paper will have two sections. Section A will have 100 questions having 25 questions from each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology). Against each questions, four responses will be given of which only one will be correct. Section B will have 100 questions with 25 from each of the four subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology). The questions will be of the multiple response type. Out of four options given against wach question, more than one shall be correct. Each correct answer in PMT Main will carry 2 marks. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
