The candidate should be 17 years of age and should be Indian national to appear for the AICET.
Qualification for MBBS and BDS
- A candidate shall have passed the Higher Secondary certificate examination/ Indian School certification examination/ Central Board of secondary examination or any other examination equivalent to 10 +2 HSC examination of any board / University from any school / college situated in India after 12 year of study.
- The candidate shall have passed in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained at least 50% (40% marks for ST/Sc candidates) in physics, chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination i.e. HSC.
- Candidates waiting for result can too appear for the AICET.
- The candidate shall secure at least 50% marks at the AICET.
Eligibility for NRI/PIO/FN A candidate should be 17 years of age and must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English at the CBSE, ISCE, HSC or equivalent examination. In case student from any school that follows American System of education, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology at "AP" (Advance Placement) level and must have minimum C grade in these subjects.
