1.Scheme of Examination

The Entrance Examination shall consist of one paper of three hours duration.

The paper will include objective type questions (45 for each subject) covering the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.



2. Number of Questions and Maximum Marks

(i) There will be a total of 180 objective type questions (45 for each subject of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology).

(ii) The paper shall carry a maximum of 720 marks.

(iii) Only objective type questions will be included in the Entrance Examination.



3. Negative Marking

For each correct response, the candidate will get full credit . Each incorrect response will be negatively marked and the candidate will get one-fourth discredit for it. For example, where one correct response/answer is awarded four marks then in case of an incorrect/wrong answer the candidate will be awarded minus one mark
