EAMCET Eligibility Criteria

Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET)

 

  • A Pass in Intermediate Examination or Registered for Intermediate Public Examination (10 + 2 ) conducted by the A.P. Board of Intermediate Education, with appropriate optional subjects or its equivalent thereto.

  • In case of such students who appear for the entrance Test, pending result of their qualifying examination, their entry shall be subject to their securing a pass in the said qualifying examination.

  • For Medical Courses, the students have to take Biology, Physics and Chemistry

 


  • Candidates should be of Indian Nationality.

  • Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974.






Age

: Should be between 17 to 22 years by the time of Admission of that particular year. (For those holding BSc/MSc degrees and SC/ST candidates below 25 years are eligible).
